Received a phone call 2 weeks after submitting my application online and was invited to an in-person interview. I arrived 15 minutes early. The interview was running late and we began 15 minutes later than the scheduled time. The interview was 45 minutes long. I was originally supposed to interview with 2 people, but when I arrived I was told that one of the interviewers had another engagement and would not be part of the interview that day. The questions were all behavior based and fairly straight forward. At the end, the interviewer asked me to rate myself on a scale of 1-10 (1 = weak, 10 = strong) on several characteristics. At the end of the interview, I was told that this process could take awhile and not to expect to hear back for at least a week. I followed up with an email the next day to thank the interviewer (as general etiquette) and told her I was looking forward to hearing back within the next couple of weeks. I never got a response back. After a couple of weeks I sent another email to the interviewer and tried to call her, she never responded. After about a month, I just assumed that they were moving on in the process. I find it extremely rude that they did not follow up with me, even to let me know that I was no longer being considered.
