Efficient process, HR always kept you in the loop. Constantly sending emails to let you know you haven't been forgotten.
K+N is ahead of the game and fast growing. Therefore, the company is not looking for just academic excellence. Throughout the process I noticed they're looking for more. They want future leaders. It's hard to show this but just try to use examples that's displayed this in the past, anything but has to be a logical example as competition is fierce. Hence, the 2:2 requirement.
You have to show your enthusiasm. Tell them you know about their company and their current strategy and discuss their edge over competitors, you also need to know what they do. Do your homework.
1) Online application - put your cv and grades etc. and two motivational question.
2) video interview - they use avatar, the avatar ask you a question then you have two minutes to respond but it gives you 20 seconds to prepare. Just three questions describing your personal qualities and one of the three question you're given beforehand.
3) Assessment Day -
Analytic exercise - you're given a wide range of information to analyze. The key here is to not get carried away and just pick the relevant information.
Group Exercise - a discussion with other candidates. It could be anything but just try to listen to others and bring in quiet people as there will be some. And don't argue it never looks good and the people looking at you are your future manager and they might not like that.
Presentation - you have to present your information from what you have analyzed from analytic exercise to several assessors
Interview- Best Interviewers ever. Nice people. Love their job so you have to show your passion. just your regular competencies but use STAR all the time to keep your answer straight forward as interviewers are very friendly and it's easy to get carried away. It's good to use star because they are writing down everything you say. So you need to have a logical answer.
Only drawback is- they do not reimburse or pay for travel expenses for assessment centre and there could be better refreshments for assessment centre due to pressure but everyone was nice and respectful.
