      The application process includes a mandatory fourteen question (essay style) survey. It took over two hours to complete and my application was rejected due to "lacking qualifications" - which is something they could have screened for on resume without stealing candidate's time (and potentially their ideas) with by giving them an assignment.

Please include the following: the range of your experience a specific example of an SOP you created how you presented it to those who would be using it Have you managed and mentored manager-level staff who have supervised other staff or specific departments? Please outline your management experience including: The number of direct reports you have managed The total number of people you were responsible for How you’ve trained or mentored managers to improve their technical and/or people management skills Please describe how you dealt with a team or individual where the work was not up to the required standard including: How you identified there was an issue The situation What you did about it How you communicated to the appropriate parties The end result Whose fault it was
