The interview process was quite structured and challenging. It started with an online application followed by a video interview assessing motivation and cultural fit. Then I had an in-depth interview with the internal team (managers) focused on hard skills, motivation, preparation, and fit with the team. The process was demanding but very transparent and engaging overall.

Recrutadora simpática, mas não dão retorno sobre o processo seletivo. Deixa o entrevistado a vontade para perguntar o que quiser sobre a empresa. Me pareceu bastante sincera quanto aos beneficios da empresa.
