The interview process had three rounds. The first was an online coding assessment with algorithmic and SQL questions. The second was a technical interview focused on system design and API integration. The final round was behavioral, assessing teamwork, problem-solving, and alignment with L'Oréal’s values. The process took around two weeks and communication was professional throughout.

Interview
The interview process was amazing. Four rounds in total, everyone that I interviewed with was extremely nice and knowledgeable . Recruiter screen > Hiring Manager > Team interview > HR interview. The entire process took about 5 weeks.
