It was my classmate who referred me. It was a great experience, the interviewer asked about my personal interests and what my dream job would be if not having any restrictions.
My first round is with a manager, second round is with VP, they both very value your own thinking of beauty products, how much you know about the beauty trend, GEN-Z looks, and your own makeup routine, etc. What do you think the current market is doing well, what new products still have grow space?
After 2 rounds will be an assignment, then wait for the result.

Thought the first interview would be mostly behavioral questions, but the interviewer jumped right in with technicals which threw me off a little. Didn't get a response from my thank you email and they pretty much ghosted me.
