The overall experience was excellent, and the process was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and every step was well coordinated, making the entire collaboration seamless and highly satisfactory.
Eerst een assessment daarna een meeting met HR hierna een meeting met je toekomstige manager, gaat vooral om de klik tussen jou en de persoon die je interviewt. Belangrijke vragen zijn wanneer je in een lastige positie zat en hoe je daaruit bent gekomen, waarom L’Oréal, wat zijn je sterke en zwakke punten.

Interview
I had 2 rounds of interview, and was asked about past experiences and industry insights. The HR and supervisor were nice and professional. It was not easy, I need to went through my past internship experiences all over and prepare for the possible questions. But I got the internshio anyway.
1st Round: Behavioral screening with the recruiter. Very simple and straightforward, pretty casual.
2nd Round: 75-minute group case study with 4-6 other applicants. Worked with the group to develop a marketing campaign and presented our recommendations to a panel of 3 L'Oréal professionals.
