I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC)
Interview
I had a former employee refer me. First, the HR manager contacted me for a phone interview. Then, they had me come for a 1:1 in person interview, then another interview with brand managers. There was a lot of back and forth, it took several months because they weren't sure what brand/position would be best for me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot of typical interview questions: why L'Oréal, what are your strengths/weaknesses, what brand(s) do you most identify with, etc.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
