The interview went really smoothly and was an overall positive experience. I was not asked in detail how much I knew about L'Oréal and the functioning of the group (which is what I had mostly prepared for based on advice from others), but the focus was more on my professional background and how it tied into the job position. She first explained to me how the operations department functioned, what would be required of this position, and then asked me to talk about myself and my CV.
