The interview was first conducted by a department store manager. After being considered as a potential hire, I was directed to see a Lancome recruiter. The interviewer oversaw the southern California region, so he ultimately became my supervisor. The two step interview process was fairly straight forward. The Lancome recruiter asked questions on how I would sell certain makeup products and fragrances. I had no prior experience in this field, but I was hired!
