I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal in May 2015
Interview
3 rounds of interview with HR, Reporting Manager and Brand General Manager
Reporting Manager and Brand GM were very nice and introduced more about job nature, team structure etc. They tried to understand my personality and what I was looking for to see if I fit in within the team, rather than drilling me on industry knowledge. HR was quite tough and picked apart my answers to get to the nitty gritty details.
2 rounds interview where you meet Human Resources specialist first and then the manager of your future position. The whole process takes from one week to 2 weeks. I had good experience. Smooth process.
