J’ai passé un entretien pour un stage chez L’Oréal, conduit par une alternante. Honnêtement, l’expérience a été très décevante. On voyait clairement qu’elle n’avait pas d’expérience en recrutement : ton sec, attitude désintéressée, aucune réelle écoute ni interaction humaine. Pour une entreprise comme L’Oréal, je m’attendais à un processus plus professionnel et respectueux. C’est dommage, car cela donne une image peu valorisante de la marque employeur.
