The first contact was through a super effective online scheduling assistant. It was then followed by a phone interview with Talent Acquisition. I had a feedback in 24h and scheduled another meeting with the hiring manager within a week. Last step was the interview with the Hiring Manager boss.

Describe an innovative project you gave a substantial contribution to.
Competency-based interview by the HR Team followed by a functional interview. The interview stages are multiple but they focus on L'Oreal competencies and experience in the Learning field. Interviewers are quite friendly and professional while the questions being quite robust.
