I applied through university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal
Interview
HR first through my MBA school, skype with people to decide where to go. 5 months later Mexico's HR finally decided and set me up with MKT director and HR director. Very easygoing interviews, no case or situation question, mostly background and previous experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Sept 2025
Interview
Nice and professional team, they kept a professional tone. I didn't get the job in the end but it did get a good impression of the company. i did howeverer get the impression of a quite complicated internal structure with many people to keep track of.
First round was a one-way recorded interview. Felt pretty weird and uncomfortable to talk to a blank screen. The second round was a video interview which was much more normal from an applicant's perspective
In person, In the office, two stages, straight forward. However they were trying to recruit quickly which is not surprising as they have high turnover due to the culture / not great pay.
