Interview
L'oreal had great interviewers. I had about 3 rounds of interviews amongst HR and hiring manager. The timelines moved quickly and HR makes themselves available for questions every step of the way. All my interviews were virtual.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Mar 2025
Interview
The Director, Talent Acquisition reached out to clarify the salary range. I confirmed my expectations and genuine interest in the opportunity, and noted that I'm flexible and open to discussion. I was excited to learn more about the role, the company culture, and further details about compensation. I followed up a second time, but despite my professionalism and request to continue the conversation and learn more about the company, the Director, Talent Acquisition failed to respond and instead ghosted me.
Please beware of L'Oreal's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unconventional interview practices. Despite this being typical behavior for unserious and unqualified recruiters, it's still an unfortunate and insulting way to be treated.
