Everyone was really nice, you had to do a case study then did a strengths based/get to know you better interview with another set of interviewers. The case is given to you in advance and you prep for it, there are also group exercises in the morning which are similar to ethics based scenerios.

The interview was process was long and rather thorough. Overall, you get to meet different people and learn more about yourself as well as the role .However, it was an exciting process that I would always remember!
