Interview
Several rounds - recruiter, HR & HRD, hiring manager and Head of HR for final round.
All interviewers seemed to have very positive experiences and good tenure - questions were extremely varied between interviews which was challenging in a good way. They all seemed very busy, would have appreciated being made to feel more welcome.
Final feedback contradicted feedback from prior rounds, so not sure on their internal processes with debriefing across interviewers. To receive in writing ‘you did this really well’ in the first few interviews, to then receive the opposite of this after the final round seemed strange. Unfortunately would question how ‘family friendly’ they are for working mums - based on final contradicting feedback. It shouldn’t be this way, but unfortunately it seemed as as the only time young children were mentioned was in the final interview with female HR Leader.
Communication between interviews was very limited, not sure if this is the norm. And then had to wait weeks for final outcome.
Overall a mixed experience, but did meet some smart, driven people.

Interview
The interview has been organized in a group assessment made up of 8 candidates, who were asked to accomplish three exercises. A mutual presentation made by in couple. A case study to be solved in one teamwork. A presentation about an HR challenge, to be prepared in advance. Finally, at the end of the assessment has been provided a session of further questions and feedbacks.
