Professional, yet relaxing. I applied online and went for the interview, but unfortunately I did not have enough experience for the role compared to other applicants. However I was treated with respect and was offered another job role within the business to give me time to develop and improve my skills. Rather than rejecting me and forgetting about me they offered to invest in me and improve my skills, which I greatly appreciated.
