They basically make you give a presentation regarding the research that you've done during your graduate program. They don't ask any difficult questions, but three out of the four interviewers were late and they were extremely rude.

first round was phone interview with a HR, the second round was Skype interview with a hiring manager, and the third interview was the Skype interview with a senior researcher.
