Interview
The most unorganised and unprofessional interview I have ever had. They called me up at 4pm on Melbourne Cup Day asking me to come in for an interview the next day, I was able to fit in a very early morning one. Both interviewers were hungover and struggled to keep their eyes opened during the interview. About one and a half week after the interview, I emailed to follow up. Even though I knew I was not considered for the position with the lack of contacts, I just wanted some feedbacks on the interview. My email was completely ignored, not even a short replied saying they have found a suitable candidate. On the same day, I saw the exact same job ad for them posted by a recruitment agency.
