Il processo di selezione ha avuto inizio con l’invio del curriculum vitae, seguito da un primo contatto da parte del recruiter per un breve scambio informativo. Successivamente, si è svolto un colloquio conoscitivo con il recruiter, finalizzato ad approfondire il mio profilo, le esperienze pregresse e le motivazioni personali, oltre a fornire una panoramica sulla posizione e sull’ambito consulenziale. A seguire, ho sostenuto un colloquio con l’azienda cliente, durante il quale sono state presentate nel dettaglio le attività progettuali previste, il contesto operativo e le competenze richieste. Questo incontro ha avuto l’obiettivo di valutare l’allineamento tra il mio profilo e le esigenze del progetto.

Terrible experience. Here is how it went. Saturday - I see their job posting on LinkedIn and apply. Tuesday - Recruiter reaches out to me via LinkedIn and asks how I am. I respond saying I'm great and how they are (idk why they chose LinkedIn instead of email or phone). Wed-Sun - No response. Monday - recruiter reaches out again asking if I am available for a phone call that day. I say yes and give them my schedule for when I'm free. They ask for my resume and I give to them (I already sent my resume with my application idk why they are asking again). Nothing after that, I don't receive any call. Tuesday - I reach out to the recruiter in the morning asking if we are still ok to chat. They respond at night asking if I'm free the next day, which I reply yes and give them my schedule. Wednesday - Nothing, no call. I reach out to them Wednesday night asking them again if we are still good and give him my schedule for Thursday and Friday. Thursday - Nothing. Friday - Recruiter reaches out to me saying that they are no longer accepting candidates. This is a recruiting company and a recruiter pretty much dragged me along for 10 days until we passed the deadline wasting my time. Why reach out to me on a platform you barely check?
