Great people in the interview process, a decent salary offered, but ultimately disappointing experience due to ghosted positions and lack of communication or follow-up notifications throughout the entire hiring process. Seems to be undergoing major reorganization.

A one on one Zoom call which lasted for approximately one hour. Started with a get-to-know period of interest and hobbies, then rolled into questions on capabilities and experience. Interviewer was professional, organized and consistent with one question leading to a follow-on question.
