Someone before from HR team in the Shanghai office contacted me for an interview after I'd applied online. After a phone screening interview, she told me that I needed to complete a project management task within a few days to proceed to the next stage. After exerting so much effort into this project and submitting this exercise, this HR representative then made another request to finish a second task which was to write a report. After finishing this report for this company, the HR team replied that they could no longer proceed to the next stage of the interview.
