      Content Manager Interview

      23 Feb 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Landit

      Interview

After 3 hour-long interviews I learned there would be another interview, an hour-long personality test (including “SAT-style questions”), a "possibility paid" project, and a reference check…but that they were “not ready” to talk about the role’s salary range. At that point, despite liking the hiring manager and team members I’d met and being excited by the sound of the role and the company’s supposed mission, there were too many red flags to ignore so I rescinded my application.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Landit wanted to know my salary expectations but refused to share their salary range.
