Interview
Two weeks after I sent off my online application, I was invited (by phone call) to an interview. Interview was about an hour and I had two interviewers, who were very friendly and it didn't seem like they were trying to trip me up at all! I was taken to lunch by some graduates afterwards, which allowed me to ask some questions about their experiences at LCP e.g. office culture, actuarial exams etc. I was offered the job the same day as my interview. Overall, a very good and straightforward process!
