This process was very well managed by the recruiters, the interview with the client was short, delta rushed and with little time, there were not a lot of technical questions during the interviews so it was not hard

Todo el proceso fue muy claro y transparente, asimismo las actualizaciones que te dan son muy puntuales y te mantienen bien informado sobre tu situación. Primero te realizan una pequeña entrevista para evaluar tu nivel de inglés y conocimientos, después pasas a una segunda entrevista con el cliente.

Fue muy awkward me hicieron preguntas nada que ver con el cargo y pidieron un sinfin de referencias laborales, la verdad me sentí super incomoda. despues tuve que realizar pruebas y estuve más de un mes en el proceso y al final el cliente decidió pausar el proceso, y lo más triste de todo es que es la tercera vez que me pasa con LaTeams, no los considero serios.
