It is the company hosting a fellowship AI program. The interviewer will ask you to solve a code challenge and submit a video. Code challenge submission usually takes around 2 hours total to complete you can do it anytime that suits you and submit a link to your solution. You will also be asked to submit a video explaining your solution and why you want to join Fellowship.
