I applied online. I interviewed at Lawyers for Civil Rights (Boston, MA)
Interview
First, there was a 15 minute screening interview through Zoom with one person to confirm everything on my resume. About a week later I received an invitation to a thirty-minute in person interview to meet the team.
There was one initial screening interview and one larger panel interview. Many of the questions that were asked were pretty standard for the type of position that I interviewed for.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lawyers for Civil Rights (Boston, MA) in Jan 2019
Interview
As a law student (pre-pandemic) I had to submit my resume and cover letter for a symposium for other nonprofits before I was selected to interview. I had around 20ish minutes for my interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A lot of the questions from what I recall were typical like introduce yourself or why you think you are a fit for this position. It was such a brief amount of time, but I also made sure to ask my own questions and come prepared knowing the history of the nonprofit.
