Applied online. One week later I was contacted by the recruiter. after initial phone screening, I was invited for an in-person interview at Learn Beyond Borders Main office in Detroit. They are very concerned about thinking out of the box teaching techniques.

Phone interview and in person teaching audition.
First I was contacted by the recruiter. After that I got an invitation for teaching audition which was about 5 minutes long. There was a question session right after audition. There were more candidates in the auditions.
