Resume and cover letter, thoughtful interview and follow up with references. There were three rounds of interviews. The first was a phone call with the hiring person, and then followed up with a few other members of the team. The hiring process was a phone call rather than an email.

2 phone interviews? And then a in person interview, I toured the estate grounds, amd talked with one of the owners. Then did a wine tasting. Met the employees and talked about my background.
