Interview was laid back and informative based on the company's goals and requirements. Very up front with their expectations. Gave me the floor but was also very conversational. One of the more laid back interviews I have had.

Very simple phone conversations. Nothing surprising and very relaxed. They asked me about myself and than asked about my background. They asked a few examples of leadership and that was it.
