Interview
First I got a call over the phone by Maya there recruiting employee. Seemed like a great fit already. Had an in person interview with a man named Chris. He was really nice. Super informational. I loved what the position entailed and had to offer. Got offered to come in for an observational interview. When I came in I watched the employees do team building activities. They were a lot of fun. After that a total different guy took me to a coffee shop near by and interviewed basically the same way. Just different person. I thought I had it. The guy even told me he thought I’d be a great fit. Never got a call back. If you’re willing to possibly waste your time. APPLY!

Interview
Company positions itself as a mid-high level sales position. In actuality this position is a mix of multi level marketing and aggressive direct TV sales.
Company is very secretive about what they sell until they waste your time getting you in to their office. You can tell by looking at and talking to the employees this is not a job for actual sales professionals and instead is a job for young people who are easily beguiled into accepting minimum wage positions selling a product of a largely dying market.
