      Loan Processor Interview

      23 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      San Rafael, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LendMax (San Rafael, CA) in Mar 2012

      Interview

5 questions sent in writing. Phone call with business owner. In person interview with 2 people and a industry short answer test. The phone call with the owner really focused on what I wanted in a work environment. What was important to me seemed to really matter to what would be important to them. They also really expect you to know the industry and at the same time do not say you know something when you do not. They test for what you say you know and these are really smart people, they will know. There is a value in quick learners as well.
