Absolute shambles. Despite being refereed by 2 directors in the company it took 3 months before first interview. Then about 6 interviews, all went well then ghosted for 2 months before chasing to be told they went with someone else. Every inch of the process was slow, poorly communicated and a massive waste of time on both sides. How they hire anyone is a mystery.
