Candidates are asked to prepare a complete presentation in a lenghty 6 stage process taking 2 h per interview. A detailed for the first year is also requested. Also some interviewers ask very confidential questions. After going to the final round and not being selected this has been a very frustrating experience.

7 Interviews insgesamt, welche alle sehr kurzfristig aufgesetzt worden sind haben bei mir einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Vorbereitung fuer die finallen Runden waren sehr aufwendig. Ich versteh, dass Kandidaten in Schluesselpositionen stark geprueft werden, aber nach 7 Runden bis zu 1.5h lange Interviews sollte irgendwann auch mal entschieden werden und die Zeit des Kandidaten in Betracht gezogen werden.

Advice to applicants: If a company needs you to go through 6 interviews and 2 tests, even if you get hired, it may indicate they lack confidence in your fit for the role.
Reflects the company's lack of confidence in retaining its own employees much less new ones.

Was simple and over zoom i had to send a recording of myself saying a specific phrase after the meeting to make sure i was enthusiastic when speaking with customers
