Long interview process that ultimately ended in a rejection for reasons that were evident in the first interview. They said I was overqualified and likely wouldn't be challenged in the job. I was very clear that I understood those concerns and was still interested in the role but they made the decision for me. Saw the job was reposted a couple months later.

It was easy to apply. Submitted my CV and wrote a sentence about myself. Then there were a personality test as well as a cognitive test. At the interview, the host was very friendly and made the interview more personal which was great. The follow-up email I got afterwards about me not continuing in the recruitment process could have been a more detailed about my skill set and why I did not fit the position..

They gave me a test in the interview as well, where I had to talk about how I would solve different scenarios.

Interview
After applying on LinkedIn, I got an email to schedule a 30 minute video call with HR. The call was very straight forward. telling me more about the role/company and for me to share my professional experience. The next week I received an email updating me they have decided to move forward with other candidates.
