The phone interview served as an initial screening and consisted of fairly standard questions. The interviewer concentrated largely on my background, especially my previous roles and experience within the insurance industry. They asked in-depth questions about the types of insurance I’ve worked with, specific responsibilities I held, and how my past roles prepared me for this position. It was a straightforward conversation aimed at understanding my fit for the role.

Very chill. All behavioral questions. There were a lot of hypothetical and situational questions like "what would you do in xyz situation." Interviews were virtual and then a final interview in person. Two 45 min interviews virtual.
interview process was easy. it was long but easy started with a phone screening with the recruiter. 3 interviews, 2 1:1 and one panel style interview. job offered and accepted
