Applied online and was invited for a one hour panel interview with the manager and two team members. Received positive feedback, but ultimately did not get the job due to lack of experience with a team of that size.

Didn't get to the 2nd interview stage; however, I did apply online and sent in what I thought was a very carefully constructed and well written cover letter and resume. It took about two weeks to get a rejection e-mail though.
