I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2017
Interview
1.) Online application
2.) Online assessment
3.) Selected for phone interview( with out provide a range of dates and times you're available; they will email back with a set date and time)
4.) Phone interview; was VERY detailed. The STAR method is used. Talked clear and with confidence. She then WHILE on the phone moved me forward with setting up an in person interview. The date was set for a week later.
5.) The interview was a 2 hour process so have time set aside. I met with a woman who went over the position, hours, benefits, and etc. That was about a 15 process. The second half was sitting with two supervisors who took turns interviewing and asking questions. These are Behavior questions, so again the STAR method was used. I was asked between 5-6 questions after walking them through my resume. Afterwards they hand you a scenario sheet with three answer choices, you must rank each answer choice from most likely to do to least likely.
6.) You're then taken to a room to watch a 15 minute video, I believe they use this time to decide whether or not to let you meet with the manager
7.) If all is well, you will meet with the manager who will ask you 2-3 behavior questions, another scenario sheet, then the close out the interview.
**I called to check the status of my application the following morning and was informed an offer has been extended to me.

Initial phone screen - and a video interview with two managers. Phone screen was approximately 20 minutes. Video interview was about 40 minutes. The interview questions were standard for a customer service role.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Plano, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
Was taken in a room and explained about the position and company. Then 2 managers came in wanted me to explain my resume as it related to the position. Was then given a scenario sheet to read and rate my response 1-3. 1 being the one you'd most likely pick, 3 being the least likely then was asked behavioral questions. Etc really didnt care for the experience. Was sent a generic email saying they were going on with other candidates who matched the skills. I think i dodged a bullet working for this company. God has better in store for me so its a relief.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Sept 2017
Interview
Filled out an online application and had to do an assessment that took about 30 minutes. Time consuming but did receive an email to set up a phone interview a few days later. Phone interview was about 30 minutes. Just went over my resume, the job and asked a few behavioral questions. Set up an in person interview the next day. In person interview was with 2 managers. Really went into my resume. Like asking a lot of why did you do this and why did you do that type questions. Sensed a lot of judgement and didn't felt more interrogative than conversational. Then I they gave me a paper with a scenario and 3 responses. Had to rank them and explain why I chose what I chose. Then did a few behavioral questions. This lasted about 45 minutes. Then they took me to another room with another manager along with another candidate that was interviewing at the same time. We watched a short 15 minute video on the company and a person taking a call to get an idea of what the job would be like. Then the manager took us for a short tour and then back to our interview rooms to interview with another manager. This was shorter interview. Had to do another scenario just like the first one. Asked a few behavioral questions and that was it. I couldn't get a read on her and the first two interviewers I thought I definitely didn't get the job. However, 5 days later I got a call from the recruiter with an offer and started my background check, which cleared 3 days later.
