I got a call, they gave me the salary and project parameters, I accepted the offer and moved to Superior Wisconsin and began working where I worked for 17 months until the project was completed.

Interview
The interview process began with a phone interview with included basic questions about my experience, goals and expectations. A good description of the the type of project locations and expectations along with pay and benefit overview. The second stage was an in office interview. The office is a relaxed but professional environment and the interviewer made me feel comfortable.

Question 1
Pay expectations was the most difficult question as I was already very familiar with the work I would be performing. I just dislike pay questions as I would prefer the employer make a clear pay offer and be able to justify their reasoning based on job type, experience and education.
