Online format, less than 10 questions, made me think and needed knowledge of the store and adverts I had seen previously and/or campaigns. Didn't take more than 20 minutes, had time inbetween questions, would recommend use pen and paper to jot down thoughts when it gives you time to answer

There were 4 stages: application, game, video interview and assessment centre. Everything was straightforward, but a long wait between each stage. The whole process took over 3 months, with over 2 weeks' wait between each stage.
