Be prepared for the first round interview to take up a full day. The interview took place in Lidl head offices in mullingar. It was a group interview (about 30 Applicants) We were all split into groups . Included aptitude test, each individual had to introduce themselves to the group and interviewers , chat about work experience likes and dislikes etc. There was also a problem solving team building exercise and then we were brought around the store.
20 min case presentation + 30 min behavioral questions

The interview process consisted of an online application, followed by a phone screening and an in-person assessment day. During the assessment center, there were individual interviews, case studies, and group exercises focused on leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
The process was structured and professional, and the expectations regarding the role were clearly explained. Communication from HR was timely and transparent throughout the recruitment process.

Applied through their website. Got a phone call from HR about a week after the application. They wanted to know about my experience. Was told they would let me know within 3 days. On day 3 got an rejection e-mail.
