      Stock ordering specialist Interview

      9 Aug 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Vilnius
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Vilnius) in Jun 2023

      Interview

Three interview stages: 1. Phone assessment, if you're not a native English speaker, you'll be asked to continue some of the interview in English (around 10 minutes) 2. Remote interview with generic questions about previous work experience, personality, and work ethics (around 40 minutes). At the end of the interview, you'll be asked to answer a few case scenarios about the role and everyday tasks. 3. Face-to-face interview with the head of the supply chain, current stock ordering specialist, and recruitment & employer branding specialist from the previously conducted interviews (around 45 min - 1 hour). At the beginning of the interview, you'll be introduced to the specifics of the role, your duties, the workplace environment, and so on. You'll have to introduce yourself once again and elaborate more on your work experience, unique skills, goals, and so on. You might be asked to answer a few more scenarios. * Keep in mind that this position requires training which takes around 6 months and might require the trainee to temporarily relocate somewhere abroad.
