I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl (Arlington, VA) in Dec 2015
Interview
There was a telephone screen with the Recruiter, followed by skype interview, and then an in-person interview for which I was also asked to deliver a presentation. Over the course of these interviews, things moved fairly quickly and everyone at Lidl was very friendly. After the last interview, I was told I would hear a decision within 1 week. This was almost 2 months ago and I still never heard anything despite following up with the Recruiter twice. The job has now been re-posted. It really is fine if they decided I wasn't a good fit, but after putting so much time into interviews and preparing a presentation, not closing the loop (and actually ignoring) the candidate shows a real lack of professional courtesy. If it weren't for that, I would have said the interview experience was positive despite not receiving an offer.
