I applied online with my CV and cover letter. Just a few days after I got an email from an external agency which asked me to fix a date for an interview with them. The intent was to touch base and get to know me, so no competency-based questions. It started with questions if I had a driver's license and are eligible for working in UK. First I was asked to tell them about my education and work experience. Also, there were some questions about the company itself as well as the role and why I felt drawn to it and what I like about it and what made me apply. Be prepared for questions that relate to your degree: The interviewer might ask how it is related to the Programme or even think it is not related at all! Whole interview took 20 mins, got a decline on the same day, no feedback.
