3 round interview with Founder, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer focusing on SWOT and expectations from the Healthcare Industry as a whole and where do I fit in the scheme of things. Basically they try to understand candidate's perspective and accordingly take the decision. Also they are quite receptive to the criticism and openly ask, where do you think we are making a mistake in our current scenario.

After one online test or technical assignment, there will be 2-3 technical rounds. There may be skype rounds also. Some people are hired with skype and telephonic interviews. Not difficult to crack the interview here. They don't have highly skilled people to judge your technical skills.
