Dislike the process of filling length form before you even sure want to proceed with the candidate. The user experience flow wasn't good. It should be hr call, hiring manager interview, then fill form if want to proceed further at least both sides have understanding about the role, culture and knowing each other first. I believe that company has no point to waste candidate's time and reject people after first call, it's just not effective way to do things, unless you still want to keep the info in your system, which you shouldn't, it shall be clear and you have no right to keep people's info since they are nlt your employees. Other than the form part, hiring manager is very easy to talk to, able to connect with people, he's straight to the point, it's all good.
