Interview
The process was quick, about 3 weeks from initial interview invitation to offer. The interview process involved 3 stages: initial phone interview with the team leader, Zoom presentation of research with the team and finally on-site interview (full presentation in front of the whole company and one-one-one interview with some of the people in the team and company). The process was tiring but was fun because the people are very warm and friendly.

Most of the technical questions came from the team you will be joining so those are easy. Other questions were to gauge if you can gel well with the team.
