Overall, the interview process was very involved. It began with a video submission, followed by a conversation with a very kind recruiter. Next, I completed an extensive writing sample for their real clients and had an interview with the person overseeing the position. Despite the effort, I was ultimately rejected.
The process required about 4–5 hours of work on real client projects, which was disappointing given that it didn’t lead to an offer. The early stages of the interview moved quickly, but after the second-round interviews, communication stalled for about a week before I received a rejection. While I’m sure the experience would have felt very different had I received an offer, the lengthy and hands-on process without closure was frustrating.
