Lincoln Financial Distributors interview questions

The process for the most part was straight forward. The recruiter set up a call, then talk with the manager, and then the team. However, when it came to getting an update on the position absolutely nothing!!!!! Recruiter and manger both told me to reach out with questions but when I did silence. At least I know the manager is a liar and there is no way I would ever consider working here. This job has apparently been open for almost a year and they are being super picky, (don't be fooled by the post date this has been open since June of 2024), Also the job description says up to 169k (I was asking for 120k and this was too much), THIS IS A LIE. They want a CCIE level at a CCNA pay. FYI unless you are F5 expert, want low pay and don't mind a manager that is a liar, DO NOT APPLY. It may seem as though I am being harsh, but I let the recruiter and manager both know up front if I am not the right person that is totally fine. Just please let me know and don't leave me hanging, both promised they would never do that.
